Abstract

ABSTRACT
Carbon nanotubes (CNTSs) are discovered first time as multi-walled CNTSs by the arc-discharge method. Later on two other methods are used in their fabrication laser ablation and chemical-vapor-deposition method. Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTSs) are discovered by the use of catalyst. They have good metallic, optical and physical properties which help them to use for various fields. Global marketable attention towards CNTSs is revealed manufactured ability recently exceeds numerous thousands tons-per year. Recently CNTSs in bulk form is used in different fields like in rechargeable batteries-in water filter-in electronic-and for coating the large surface area. It has not improved the electrical and mechanical properties but also the thermal properties.

Keywords: carbon nanotubes, laser, optical, energy shell, Molecular electronic.
