Study of Structural and Optical Properties of CdS Thin Films Prepared by Chemical Bath Deposition Technique
Abstract
seen to be spherical and symmetrical, not uniformly distributed and not well connected to each other. The EDAX spectrum shows that the film contains the elements Cd and S as expected. Optical study shows that the film has a band gap of 3.15 eV.
