Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays diesel generator has become a vital aspect in constructional areas and mobile phone towers. A lot of electricity is generated by diesel generator. With the increasing cost of electricity, it is very crucial to save power. The diesel generator (DG) monitoring is an automated system, designed to improve the monitoring process of DG automatically. In mobile tower areas, diesel theft is also common. In order to prevent the diesel theft, a continuous monitoring system to monitor the fuel level using IoT along with the temperature and coolant oil level sensor was proposed. This paper describes a new solution for DG monitoring system by IoT method. In this paper, an emergency alert system is included. It alerts us during the dangerous condition. The primary motive behind implementing this project is to get regular report about our diesel generator.
